Day 5 Feeling Good

Today I woke up feeling really good. It was going to be a long day at work today due to a staff meeting. So I knew I needed to eat well today to keep me going and would need an easy dish to cook tonight when I got home.

I think I need to become more organised and maybe purchase some freezer storage, so I can batch cook. Somedays I really do not have the time or the inclination to cook fresh everyday. Maybe if I have ready made meals in the freezer then I'll always have something good to eat even on my lazy days.

Today I ate:

Breakfast: Coffee with milk no sugar

Cornflakes with milk.

Lunch: Bean pate sandwich with salad

2x plums

Filter coffee with soya milk

Snack: Pistacio nuts

Dinner: Homemade Quorn shepherds pie

Cabbage and broccoli
