Day 4 Ooooops

I slept really badly last night, I don't know why. But strangely I've not been as tired today as yesterday. I am starting to enjoy this now, especially as I have planned a potato free day. I am particularly enjoying cooking fresh foods and researching information about foods.
I think the highlight of my day today was the Rice custard pudding. Please check it out on the recipes page. Since giving up cow's milk I haven't had rice pudding as I usually just bought the canned variety. But this recipe was far more superior than a certain famous brand name. I was surprised at how creamy it was especially as I used almond milk.
My clothes are beginning to feel more comfortable now so I think I may have lost a little bit of weight. However I will not weigh myself until the end of the week. I am also not feeling hungry now, so my body has adjusted to less food.
However I have a naughty confession.
I did eat a bag of salt and vinegar crisps today. Ooops!
Nevermind I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

Breakfast: Coffee with milk no sugar
2 slices of toast with margarine
