Day 3 Sleepy

Today I've been a lot less hungry, so that's a good sign. However I'm still very tired. I am eating far more carbs than I usually do and its making me feel sluggish. I'm really missing a wider variety of foods now, I feel like all I'm eating is potato! I'll probably turn into a potato by the end of the week, I'll look like Potato Pete. At the moment I feel like a week will be enough, I doubt if I could do longer.

Here is what I have eaten today;

Breakfast: Coffee with milk, no sugar.

Porridge made with milk with honey and dried fruit.

Lunch: Bean pate and salad sandwich with chutney.

Plum

Chocolate cornflake cake (made by my daughters)

352 kcals

Dinner: Bubble and Squeak (leftover potato and veg from yesterday)

Fried onion

Salad (no dressing)

256 kcals

Total Daily Calories: 921
